Choose an invitation, landing page, date invitation or QR tool on the homepage. For a page, select a template, enter your email and project address, then edit and publish it. Sign in to use managed QR codes and the advertising dashboard. Keep access to your email: it receives access messages and sign-in codes.
You can create an invitation with an email address without registering. Some tools, including QR management, require an account. You will be prompted to sign in when needed.
Open “My projects” and request a link using the email you entered when creating the page. Select the page and its edit action in your library. Projects available in your account can also be opened there.
In the editor, click editable text in the page preview. Change it in the dialog and select “Apply”. Wait for the “Saved” status.
Click editable text. Choose a font, size and color from the available settings, then apply the changes. Available settings depend on the template element.
Click an editable image in the preview, choose a file and wait for the upload to finish. The editor shows a 12 MB limit for regular images. Reduce larger files first.
Click an empty area inside the section in the preview, away from text and images. Supported sections show a toolbar for color, photo or video. Choose an option, adjust it and apply.
Click an empty area of a supported section and choose “Background color”. Pick a color and apply the change.
Open the section background settings, choose “Photo background” and upload an image. Adjust its position and overlay to keep text readable, then apply.
In a supported section, choose “Video background” and upload a compatible file. Check the result on a phone: playback depends on the browser and power-saving settings. Use a short, lightweight video.
The background fills its section, so edges may be cropped on screens with different proportions. Adjust its position and check a narrow screen. Keep important faces and details near the center.
Increase the overlay in the photo or video background settings, or choose a simpler image. Adjust text color if needed and check contrast on a phone.
Open the editing menu → “Blocks”. Use visibility toggles and move buttons. Required pinned blocks have restrictions; for example, the first screen cannot be moved freely.
Open “Lists” and find the gallery if the template provides one. Add an item and upload a photo. You can also replace images, remove items and reorder them there.
Open “Lists” and select the schedule or program. Edit item times, titles and descriptions. Use the available buttons to add or remove items.
Click an editable date or calendar element and set your event date and time. Check the countdown in the preview. Calendar availability depends on the template.
Open the music settings in the editor menu, select an audio file and wait for the upload. Check playback in the preview. Browsers may require a visitor to tap before sound starts.
Click editable text and place the cursor where the button should go. Choose “Add button” (▣) on the text toolbar, enter a label and URL, then apply. If the editor reports that no suitable button style was found, use a regular link. Test it on the published page.
The editor supports autosave and a “Save” button. Wait for “Saved” after applying changes. If an error appears, keep the page open, check your connection and save again.
Save your changes and select “Publish”. Follow the publication steps. If a waiting screen appears, wait until it finishes. Then copy the public link for visitors.
Share the public link you receive after publishing. Keep the editor link and access email private because they allow changes to your project.
Yes. Open its editor from your projects, make changes and save them. Check the public page afterward. Refresh the page if your browser still shows the old version.
Use the header language selector on regular pages. The editor supports six languages. Its language buttons also save the project language. Text you enter is not translated automatically.
Yes. Open the project in your phone browser and select “Edit”. Close the panel to check photo and background adjustments. Dismiss the keyboard if it covers the preview.
If your template includes RSVP, keep the block visible and configure its available fields. Guests submit the form on the published page. View responses in the project’s available statistics or management section.
Check the email address and your Spam or Promotions folders. Wait a few minutes before requesting another message. If it still does not arrive, contact us here with your project email, never your password or login code.
Open the QR action available for your published project and download the code. For a separate managed QR, use the QR section in your account. Always test a scan before printing.
Some decorative template elements are not editable. Make sure you are in the editor, then try selecting text, a photo or an empty section area. If the needed setting is missing, ask us and include the template name.
Check the format and size limit shown by the upload control, and your internet connection. Try a smaller file. When contacting support, include the file type and the error message.
Search for your question. If no answer fits, select “Ask a question”. Enter a subject, email and details, complete Google reCAPTCHA and submit. Your request goes to support@4cus.team; a reply can be sent to your email.
Open the text editor and place the cursor where you want the link. Select “Add link” (↗), enter a label and the full page URL, then apply and save. Open the public page to test the link.
In the landing page editor, open “Social media and links” → “Add link”. Enter a title and full URL, then save. You can edit or delete links in the same section; up to 50 links are supported.
A project supports up to 15 uploaded photos in total across images, galleries and section backgrounds. This is one project-wide limit, not a separate limit for each gallery. Default template images do not count towards it.
A project supports a maximum of 2 uploaded videos, including section video backgrounds. Check the supported file formats and file size shown in the editor before uploading.
Remove an unused photo or video from the project and wait for saving, or replace an existing file. Then try uploading again. Files beyond the 15-photo or 2-video limit are not added; the editor displays a limit message.
An invitation is assigned a 60-day lifetime when it is created, starting from creation rather than publication. Check the “Expires” date on your project card. Saving or publishing again does not start a new period.
A dating invitation is assigned 60 days from the project creation date. The exact date appears under “My dates” as “Expires”. Editing or publishing again does not extend this period.
Landing pages currently have no automatic expiry date. A published page remains available unless the project is deleted or restricted. This is not a promise of permanent storage: check the current service terms and your project status.
A separate managed QR code is created for 365 days from creation. Check its exact “Expires” date under “My QR”. A saved PNG image does not disappear, but its redirect depends on the QR code’s expiry and status.
No. A project QR code contains the public page link. Scanning it cannot restore a page that was deleted, restricted or became unavailable after expiry. A separate managed QR code and its destination page also have independent lifetimes.
Sign in and open “QR” → “Create QR”. Enter a title and the full HTTPS URL, then complete the creation steps, including the advertising step if shown. Download the PNG from “My QR” and test it with your phone.
For a managed QR code, open “My QR” → “Edit link”, enter the new HTTPS URL and finish saving, including any confirmation steps shown. The QR code itself stays the same. A regular project QR image contains the direct project URL and has no separate redirect setting.
Sign in and open “Advertising” in your account dashboard. It contains your ads, statuses and statistics. You can also promote your own landing pages from “My landing pages”.
Choose “Create” in the advertising dashboard. Enter a title, description and HTTPS link, and optionally upload an image. Add countries or cities, choose the impression count and duration, then submit the request. Payment and launch instructions will be sent to your account email.
In the ad or promotion form, select a country and add the whole country, or find a city and add it with “+”. Selecting a row alone is not enough: the region must appear in the selected list. You can add several regions. If a city is missing, select the whole country or contact support.
Choose a JPG, PNG or WebP image up to 5 MB in the ad form. Regular ads accept dimensions from 250×150 to 4096×4096 pixels. Landing page promotions have their own limits shown next to the upload field. An advertising image does not count towards the project’s 15-photo limit.
No. Submission creates a request rather than launching the ad immediately. Wait for review and further instructions by email. Delivery requires confirmed payment, active status, a started campaign period and a remaining impression or click allowance.
Check its status, payment confirmation, dates and remaining allowance in the advertising dashboard. Your current visit may also be outside its selected geography. If the campaign is active but has no impressions, send support the request number and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
Open “Advertising” in your account and select a period. Ads show counted impressions, trends and geographic details. View landing page promotion statistics in the promotions section, where clicks and the remaining allowance are the relevant measures.
Open the ad card in the advertising dashboard and choose its extension action. Enter additional impressions and days, then submit. The extension requires separate processing and does not become active just by clicking the button. For an ended landing page promotion, submit a new promotion request.
Publish the landing page first. Open “My landing pages” in your account and select “Promote” beside the page. Choose an advertising image, countries or cities, click count and description, review the terms and submit. Then follow the request status and emails.
An impression is a counted display of an ad; a click is a counted action opening the destination page. Regular advertising and landing page promotions use different measures. Impressions are not the same as clicks, and clicks do not guarantee enquiries or purchases.
Check that this is your published landing page and that you are signed in with its project email. A draft must be published first. A new request may also be unavailable if the page already has an unfinished promotion or the feature is temporarily disabled.
Open “Settings” → “Change password” in your account, or choose password recovery on the sign-in page. Enter your account email, open the email and set a new password using its link. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. Sign in again after changing your password.
It adds a sign-in check: you need a one-time code as well as your password. On 4cus.team the code is sent to your account email; this feature does not require a separate authenticator app. Protect your email account too, and never share your password or code.
Sign in, open “Settings” and find the security section. Enter your current password and start enabling 2FA. Get the six-digit code from your email, enter it and confirm. Check that the status changes to “Enabled”.
Open the security section in your account settings, enter your current password and choose to disable 2FA. Confirm using the code sent by email. If you cannot access your email, contact support without sharing your password or trying to bypass verification.
Changing the email address is not currently supported in settings. It is used for sign-in, access recovery, receiving codes and linking your projects to your account. Simply replacing it could break that connection. If you lose access to your email, contact support@4cus.team so your case can be reviewed.
